La vitamine C est une des meilleures amies de votre peau. On le sait peu mais la peau est un organe à part entière. 1er et 2ème jour: 1000mg

3ème et 4ème jour: 2000mg

5ème au 8ème jour: 3000mg (vous pouvez rester sur ce rythme de croisière)

9ème au 13ème jour: 4000mg

à partir du 14ème jour: 5000mg

Si votre corps reçoit une quantité plus importante que ses besoins du moment il évacuera le surplus, autrement dit vous irez aux toilettes et aurez une diarrhée légère. C’est le signe que vous avez atteint la dose optimale pour votre corps actuellement.

Les effets se font sentir généralement assez rapidement. Au bout de deux semaines vous verrez déjà la différence, les rides et ridules commençant à s’atténuer et le rebondi de votre peau faisant concurrence à celui d’un nouveau né 😉
